I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the attention to detail and the quality of service provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable, with large windows that overlooked the bustling streets. The hot showers were a welcome touch, providing a powerful and refreshing start to the day. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was included in the price and absolutely delicious.
All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

A 5-minute walk from cathedral of san cristobal takes you to the hotel. We do recommend & would definitely return here. The venue was situated near the Colectivo para Arcotete bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose docecuartos:)))

Great Room and Location
The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast was tasty. Plus, the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.
The hotel staff was not very helpful, and there were often loud noises coming from the street that made it difficult to sleep at night. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective, which made it uncomfortable during the hot summer nights.

The location in proximity to the town centre was very close, it only took 5 minutes to walk anywhere we needed to.
The bed was awefully hard, not very comfortable at all. The bathroom was pretty basic. Could do with updating. The room was very noisy.

Gloria, the cleaning woman, Mateo and Eder - two of the excellent waiters and Alfredo, one of the managers come to mind as "Muy Muy Amable", however everyone who I met that worked at the Hotel Tierra y Cielo were very friendly and helpful! I felt like I as a member of an extended family! I highly recommend this hotel to people visiting San Cristobal Las Casas. I definitely plan on coming back! I thank all the beautiful people of the hotel Tierra y Cielo very much - "Muchos Gracias"!
